I had read that their customer service was great ... and it is.When this came it was poorly packaged and upon trying to open it (having to use scissors) I cut right through one of the shoulder straps. I left a review of the seller saying what had happened and that I was disappointed by the packaging. The very next morning (a Saturday, too!) I had an email from them apologizing saying that when they get in to work on Monday they would send me a replacement strap. Wow!About the product. It's very pretty. The corset fits me fine, but the cups seem a little small. I'm a size 12 and a C/D cup, usually wear about a medium/large on top. The corset has three rows of hooks in the back, to expand or tighten. (Like a bra.) I ordered a Large and it fits great on the tightest row for me. But the cups feel more like a B/C. It's fine for me, though ... you're supposed to spill out of this anyways, right? :) I know my husband won't mind. :)First off, they do run a little big. I did read previous comments before purchasing. I am a large with a belly and I got a medium. It did justice for my body and made me look so sexy. The only thing I did not like was the boob area. I guess you need a good amount of chest to make it look like the picture (something I don't have that much of). Other than that, it is a very sexy lingerie and I cannot wait to wear it for my husband.UPDATE- Because of all the hooks in the back, you would think it would be a challenge for a man to take off. Not true! My husband accessed me so conveniently and in a matter of seconds. He loved how I looked in it and was instantly blown away.I wear a 36D bra and typically M-L shirts. I read the other reviews decided to go with the Large based on what others said about the cup size. The cup size would fit well if they didn't fall foward. It's like it doesn't stay to your chest. Also, the Large is kind of loose around my waist. It doesn't look bad, but it certainly doesn't suck you in like it's supposed to! It's good product for the value. I'm going to end up having to use double sided tape on the top though so it doesn't fall foward during the shoot!This corset is very stylish and sexy. It's flattering, and the frilly skirt at the bottom is the perfect length to hide the top of your thighs. My only problem is the bust. It's quite large. My bra size is 38C and there is a space between my chest and the corset, which is less than ideal. I only wished more brands out there didn't automatically assume that women who wear larger clothes have huge boobs...I had a model ask about doing a bridal lingerie shoot, nothing too revealing and this was the best wardrobe we could get. The price was right and it fit her like a glove. We added white stockings, a sheer robe, and six inch fetish heels and couldn't have been happier with the look. She gets tons of favorable commants on the photos from the shoot.i love this! i wish it laced up the back instead of the hooks, but it fits great. I read the other reviews about the sizing and ordered it, and wow, fits great! the only complaint i have is the picture showed it in black, but i was sent white.. no biggie, i am just going to dye it. but i love the way it fits!Shipped quick! Looked nice, especially for the price. Think it looks tasteful and bought as a bridal gift. Bride-to-be liked it very much and shes a picky lady :)A gorgeous bustier, but the small ran a little big for my US size 6 figure. I will be happy to continue doing business here.
