Of course, when ordering from a photo, online, you hope for the best, but there is still a nagging doubt.This Full-Queen 10pc duvet shet, was beautiful online, but pricier than I had budgeted for. And a color and style that was a huge change from my usual conservative style, pale blue/gold formal set.All of that being said, and the strangest tracking from China, this set is absolutely gorgeous! The Chinese red, long staple cotton, is a beautiful quality, and extremely well made. The heavy embroidery work is exquisite and so vibrant. This wonderful set came in matching red jacquard-like satin travel bag, a classy touch.To say that I am pleased would be the understatement of the year. If I seem to be gushing, make no mistake, I am a seamstress and I know fabrics and workmanship.I love this set, and will be decorating my bedroom around it, in a new house.I have never paid this much for bedding in my life but I fell in love with this when I accidentally come across it on the Amazon website. I finally got it today and I'm stund. It is absolutely beautiful! It's well made, and the embroidering is breath taking. I am very impressed. I just love it and I can't wait to put it on my bed. Hats off to whom ever created this bedding. I am above pleased with my purchase.I ordered this set because it seemed like you get the mist for your money and it looked well put together. Once my wife and started to take it out the package we questioned where is the comforter. Well its as thin as the sheets. I live in Kansas and the winters here get cold. This my work in California are Miami but not in the land of the Oz. Sorry but not sorry dumbs down.The embroidery isn't exactly like the picture. Somewhat less attractiveKing size doesn’t fit on a king size bedThe bedding is super comfortable, and it will not stick to the body. It should be due to the pure cotton material, and the items are delivered perfectly without damage. The most favorite embroidery, super beautiful! I really recommend everyone to try it.I adore this set. The fabric is so nice, the stitching is gorgeous, the duvet cover is somewhat heavy and it's all wonderful quality. I washed the set twice to make sure there was no color bleeding and what's funny is there was a white sock accidentally left in the washer. There was a barely perceptible pink to it when it was done. So faint that I had to really study it under different lighting to make sure I was seeing it. The tassel on the foot of the duvet is missing. Not a big deal, but just be aware that can happen.A couple tips.1. When you wash it be aware that the backing to the stitching will come away and make a big mess. The stitching remained intact but inside my cover there was a bunch of pieces as if tissues had been left inside it. It was from the backing. Maybe if I had washed and dried it inside out, it would have cleaned up easier.2. Get a king size for a queen bed. The sheet will probably be huge but the duvet cover will actually drape over the sides if you get a king. We got a queen size and it just barely hangs over the sides of the bed, like one inch. The foot side is long enough but its just not very wide.
