These sheets are nicely heavy, and they were pretty soft after washing them. My mother-in-law likes flannels all year, as she uses it as her light blanket in the summer, then appreciates the coziness of them in the winter with blankets piled on top. I ordered more for her after trying out the first set.Good quality flannel sheets for a cold winter. Deep pockets for thick mattresses and good sewing.I sleep on flannel sheets year round because I have itchy skin. I wore out my last set that I purchased from a store (not this brand). These are great. I washed/dried them before using them and they fit perfectly.They do not ball up in dryer. Great quality and super comfy.Excellent Product! Item exactly as pictured.Very soft sheets, but even after 3 or so washes it still gets those little balls of fabric on it. Sheds in a way bit over all still goodI ordered these for the color. There are several reviews about the quality of the item. Here are my impressions. Immediatly upon receipt of theses flannel sheets I washed them normal cycle, cold water. They laundered fine. I dried them medium heat until just dry. Again, They came out fine. The sheets are soft, the color great, no flannel "pilling". These are not heavy weight European style flannels. They are pretty lightweight making them exactly what I wanted as a lady of a certain age prone to hot flashes and night sweats. These are inexpensive flannel sheets and given my experience so far good value. So why only 4 stars and not 5? Time will tell. If these sheets last 2 winters, they will merit a 5th star. In the meantime, I have no complaints and look forward to snuggling into my new flannels.We LOVE this sheet set! The flannel is SO soft, even after being washed a bunch of times. And the pattern is cute and fun! It’s awesome when you can get king sized sheet sets that are not boring “adulting” sheets. Lots of grown-ups are just big kids and want fun sheets too! These are perfect!They also have nice deep pockets and stay in place. And they’re 100% natural… Yay for cotton! Hooray!Simply put, My Love for flannel sheets and the softness of what I remembered as a wee lad...are why I purchase these items.The Original flannel sheets of my favourite Nana's famous flannel sheets from 65+ years needed to be replaced ...finally found a few similar products and solutions to fit the bill. Sadly I thought you did it, but after a washing as prescribed by the direction of the sheets...pills and lint balls and less than what you think of proper quality assurance that wasn't mentioned that happens...Sad to say I shall NEVER PURCHASE RUBBISH LIKE THIS ON THIS SITE AND TRULY WON'T RECOMMEND THAT YOU EVER DO SO!!!These are absolutely lovely! The corner pockets are deep enough that the sheet stays under the mattress all the way around regardless of my weight in the middle, which usually pulls the sides out. And there's no pilling... so far. These sheets are so nice that I wont mind if winter stays forever!! Ummm nope.... that would be crazy! ?Me llegaron estas sabanas, están muy suaves y la franela es suficientemente gruesa por lo que están muy cómodas.Son para colchones altos, en mi caso es bajo y quedan un poco aguadas pero ajustan bastante bien, tienen buenos resortes abajo.Con colchón bajo la sabana encimera queda perfecta de largo, pero pienso que con un colchón alto sea un poco justa.Lo que no me gustó mucho es que vienen cortadas como chuecas, es decir, uno las jala de un lado y se arrugan del otro, me parece que hubo poco cuidado al momento del corte, no se si todas vengan así, las mías si. De todas formas se usan bien.I thought the colour was off when I took them from box, when I took them out of plastic it the colour was true to picture. Washed them and put them on my bed, they fit perfect, nice deep pockets. When I did go to bed, I was totally amazed by the softness . I will order more.
