I’m sure the sheets are nice, but I opened the box and someone had taken a box cutter to them. Not sure how this got missed when packing it up? The cut literally goes through the sicker on the bag. Just submitted a return/exchange. Hopefully the next set won’t have a huge cut through them.Let me start off with: I just purchased 2 more sets of these sheets. Are they the softest out of the package? No. That's why I took off one star. They are well made and they are liberally sized so that you don't have to worry about deep mattresses not fitting...because they definitely will. When I first got them, I considered returning, because they were not as soft as I like for linen sheets. I decided to keep them and wash them, based on the reviews here. They still weren't as soft as I liked so I tried the standard softening techniques (baking soda wash) did that 2x and then finally after a vinegar wash; after that they were finally the sheets I hoped they would be...hence the purchasing of 2 more sets. The price is great for a well made linen set. With a little effort these are exactly what I hoped for about half the price (or less) of the big name linen sheet sets.Great value for the money. Truly takes the comfort of my sleeping to a new level! So luxurious. The sheets are not wrinkly free, but they are linen, so I did not expect that. Wash in cool water and delicate dry cycle. Highly recommend these sheets.The elastic of our fitted sheet is defective. After about 6 washes the elastic no longer works leaving the sheet baggy and ill fitting. This is very sad as we love the sheets othewise and dropped a pretty penny. Atlinia, if you read this please reach out as we'd love to see this turn around.Update: They have great customer service and sent a replacement set that is working great. (◔ ‿ ◔)I just received this set today and washed it. Firstly, I sure hope it sheds no more during the wash - there was a lot of lint on the screen; i had to clean the screen twice of heavy lint! 2nd, I noticed a small tear in the seam holding in the elastic. I'll try it on the bed, see how it handles or if it rips more before trying to mend it.First thing I did after getting these sheets was wash and dry them. The lint trap in the dryer was full of fluffy lint from these sheets. I’m concerned these sheets will get less soft and develop holes if they continue to shed lint like this over time. Will update this review if I have any problems.What happened? I bought natural color before I loved it … but this time very very disappointed it . Color supported to be white but yellow ishPillows missing wholes to close it LOLThis must be jokingI will return itBeen buying restoration hardware linen duvet covers and sheets for a while. While great quality, like all linen, after much wash and use (when linen is in your bed, you are putting a lot of heat, sweat, weight on it), it starts to fade and gets a bit rough. This one looks just as nice and is just as thick as the RH one. Looks great. We also got the same brand's duvet and all come nicely packaged.
